Beginning the Cancellation Process
Click the "Cancel Subscription" link just below the "Ship Tomorrow" button under the item in your portal.
Select a Reason for Cancelling Your Autoship
After you've selected a reason, click on the "Continue" button. This will take you to a page where you can elaborate on why you wihs to cancel.
Leaving Comments about Cancelling Your Autoship

Once you have cancelled your subscription on this item, you will be automatically redirected to the Autoship Management page.
If you wish to cancel all items on your autoship, each item must be cancelled individually.
Cancelling a One Time item
Click the pencil icon next to that item's name.
Select "Cancel Product"
This will take you to a new page where One Time Items can be edited. Select "Cancel Product."
A pop-up will appear. Select "OK" to finalize removing the One Time Item from your Autoship.
Finding the Item You Wish to Cancel
Not seeing the item you would like to cancel? Click on the Show all Autoships button to see everything you currently have set up on Autoship!
