To put your autoship on Pause, you can either change your next delivery date, skip your autoship, or cancel your autoship.
Changing the Date of Your Upcoming Autoship
Begin the Process for Changing the Date
Click the pencil icon across from "Next Shipment Date."

Click Inside the Box Showing the Date
Clicking inside of the box displaying your next shipment date will pull up a calendar where a new one can be selected.


Choose a New Date from the Calendar
Navigate through the calendar to find your desired date.


Finalize the Change
Click the "Update Order Date" button to finalize the change.


After this is done, if you have more items on order, the one with the closest date will now show at the top of the list. The order date must be changed for each individual item on Autoship.
Skipping an Autoship
Navigating to Your Order Schedule
You can find your Order Schedule on the top right of the customer portal. This will take you to a page where you can see a schedule of all your upcoming Autoships.
If you are the mobile site, you can find this option on the drop down menu.


Skipping the Shipment
Click "skip."


After you've skipped an item on your schedule, the page will reload. If you wish to skip an entire order, every item must be skipped.
Cancelling All Items on Your Autoship
Beginning the Cancellation Process
Click the "Cancel Subscription" link just below the "Ship Tomorrow" button under the item in your portal.


Select a Reason for Cancelling Your Autoship
After you've selected a reason, click on the "Continue" button. This will take you to a page where you can elaborate on why you wish to cancel.

Repeat These Steps to Cancel All Items
Each item on Autoship must be cancelled individually.


Cancelling a One Time item
Click the pencil icon next to that item's name.


Select "Cancel Product"
This will take you to a new page where One Time items can be edited. Select "Cancel Product."


Select "OK"
A pop-up will appear. Select "OK" to finalize removing the One Time Item from your Autoship.
