Beginning the Swapping Process
After you've navigated to the Autoship page, locate the item you wish to swap for another product. Click the pencil icon to the right of the item you'd like to swap.
Selecting "Swap Product"
This page allows you to make changes to items on order. Below the product image you will find the "Swap Product" button. Click on it.
Searching for a New Item
After you've selected "Swap Product", you'll be re-directed to a page where you can search for the product you'd like to swap the current item out for.
Selecting a New Item
Once your search is complete and you've located the item you'd like to swap for, select the "Choose Options" button for that item.
Finalizing Changes to Your New Item
On this page, you can finalize any changes to your new item, while comparing the quantity and frency of your old item.
Delivery frequencies typically default o every 2 weeks, so if you'd like ti less often, be sure to change that before selecting the "Swap Product" button.
Reviewing Your Swapped Item
After you've selected the "Swap Product" button, you'll be redirected back to the Autoship Portal. There, you'll be able to review the new item on order and ensure the quantity, next charge date, and frequency are all correct.
